Ethan Jamieson, known for his role in The Hunger Games, has been arrested again in North Carolina.

According to court documents, Jamieson was taken into custody in Wake County on May 12, 2026, on a misdemeanour charge for allegedly violating a protective order by possessing a firearm.

Authorities claim the actor breached a valid protective order that had previously been issued against him. The latest arrest comes weeks after Jamieson was arrested in April on three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

Court records previously alleged that on March 23, the actor assaulted three men identified in documents as E.F., J.M., and K.W. in Raleigh, North Carolina, using a 9mm semi automatic handgun.

Jamieson, who portrayed the male tribute from District 4 in The Hunger Games, was reportedly given a $150,000 bond following the earlier charges. According to the documents, he later secured the bond and was released. The actor is scheduled to appear in court on June 10 as legal proceedings continue.
