Nollywood actor and former BBNaija star, Uti Nwachukwu, is still grieving the loss of his friend, Alex Ekubo.

Taking to his Instagram story to remember him one week after his passing, Uti said Tuesdays might never be the same again as he recalled how he was goofing around when he heard the news of his demise.

Nwachukwu said he was still in denial over the news until he got the second confirmatory phone call and raced to the hospital.

The actor added that the pain comes and goes in waves, and he still can’t get himself to say goodbye. He prayed that God console his loved ones and give them the fortitude they all need.

“Today makes it a week.
Tuesdays might never be the same again.

I said, Una never taya for rumour? Abegi
Then the phone call came. I answered in my playful tone, but my always happy Gee’s phone was so cold as he said, “I don’t have good news for you”.
I will never forget the second confirmatory phone call as I raced to the hospital.

The pain comes and goes in waves now, and I still can’t get myself to say goodbye. I pray God consoles all your loved ones and gives us the fortitude we all need”.
