French club, Olympic Marseille have reached agreement to sign Tochukwu Nnadi on a permanent transfer from Belgian outfit, Zulte Waregem, NEWSUNPLUG reports.

Marseille will pay Zulte Waregem €6m for the defensive midfielder.

Nnadi will be the fourth-most expensive departure ever from Zulte Waregem.

The 22-year-old also attracted interest from the Premier League following his stellar displays for De Boeren.

Nnadi made 18 appearances for the modest club before making the switch.

The Nigeria international arrived Zulte Waregem from Bulgarian club Botev Plovdiv in January 2024.

A former youth international, he was part of the Super Eagles squad to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

He made one appearance for Éric Chelle’s men at the competition.
