Joshua Zirkzee is set to undergo medicals with Manchester United after the Premier League club agreed to a €42.5 million deal with Bologna.

The medical has been scheduled for Friday and he will also meet with Red Devils boss, Erik ten Hag.

According to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano: “Medical tests will take place on Friday, then face-to-face meeting with Erik ten Hag.

“Contract until June 2029 + option for further year.

“€42.5m fee paid over three years instead of €40m in one solution.”

Romano also gave updates on two Arsenal players who will leave the Emirates on loan deals.

On Nuno Tavares, he said: “Lazio are advancing well in talks with Nuno Tavares’ camp to agree on personal terms.

“Agreement with Arsenal sealed on €9m fee, loan with obligation to buy with sell on clause also included.

“Positive contacts on salary with player side, still waiting to get the deal done.”

Arsenal have also reached an agreement with Sevilla for midfielder Albert Sambi-Lokonga.

“Albert Sambi-Lokonga to Sevilla, here we go! Deal in place with Arsenal on loan move for the midfielder.

“Sevilla will cover his salary with €12m buy option clause also included in the deal. Medical already booked,” Romano added.
