Troops of Operation Hadin Kai have transferred six suspected Boko Haram members to the Joint Investigation Centre (JIC) in Maiduguri, Borno State, for further investigation.

The suspects were handed over on April 13 by troops of 232 Battalion (Task Force) following preliminary investigations into their alleged involvement in terrorist activities.

The suspects were identified as Alhaji Saleh Manman Ibrahim, 44; Ado John, 27; Umaru Yunusa, 22; Musa Yauba, 43; Muhammad Salisu, 44; and Babangida Isah Muhammad, 28.

According to the security analyst, Zagazola Makama, the transfer to the JIC is part of ongoing efforts to deepen investigations, profile suspects, and establish possible links to insurgent networks operating in the North-East.
