Victor Osimhen has demanded he start Galatasaray’s next Turkish Super Lig game against Gençlerbirliği NEWSUNPLUG reports.

Okan Buruk’s men will visit the relegation battlers on Saturday.

The Nigeria international trained with his Galatasaray teammates for the first time on Wednesday since injuring his forearm in the clash with Liverpool.

According to Tavkim, Osimhen had a private meeting with Buruk after training where he expressed his desire to feature from the start against Gençlerbirliği.

Galatasaray have struggled in the forward’s absence losing 2-1 to title rivals, Trabzonspor, and playing out a disappointing 1-1 draw with Kocaelispor last weekend.

Their lead at the top of the table has also been cut to two points.
