Barcelona winger, Lamine Yamal has taken a dig at Galatasaray midfielder, Mario Lemina over his previous comments about him following the Blaugrana’s 4-1 Champions League victory against the Turkish giants on Tuesday.
Yamal provided two assists and won the Man of the Match award after Barcelona defeated Galatasaray.
In August last year, Lemina was asked to choose between his teammate Leroy Sané and Yamal.
The Gabonese midfielder replied, “Who is Lamine Yamal? I don’t know him. I know Sané.”
However, after Barcelona defeated Galatasaray at Rams Park, Yamal took to Instagram and shared a picture of himself holding the Man of the Match award, with the caption, as quoted by Sportskeeda: “He knows me now?”
Yamal will now hope to lead Barcelona to victory when they face Real Betis in La Liga this weekend.
