Former Juventus midfielder, Sunday Oliseh, has offered his prediction about this season’s UEFA Champions League final between Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain.

Speaking on the Oliseh Global Football insights show, Oliseh insisted that one thing is certain in the final when PSG takes on Arsenal.

According to him, if the tempo of the Champions League final is low,  Arsenal will win, but if PSG raises the tempo, they will defend their title.

“For this final, one thing is very certain,  If the tempo of the game is low,  Arsenal will win. If Paris Saint-Germain raises the tempo of the game and it is high, we are seeing the defending champions lifting the trophy,” Oliseh said.

“This final, the result doesn’t depend on Arsenal, but on what Paris Saint-Germain does. Defensively, Paris Saint-Germain are weak, but offensively, they are very dangerous. They are coming against one of the teams that has the best defenses in the world.

“They don’t concede easily. If you look at it statistically, Arsenal should win because they have not lost one game in the Champions League this season.

“It’s looking as if they should win it. But last year, Inter Milan was also solid leading up to the final, and they lost to PSG. These two teams [Arsenal and PSG] are the best in the Champions League this season.”
