Social media personality Verydarkman has reacted after presidential spokesperson Bayo Onanuga allegedly made claims about him online.
Recall that on Wednesday, Verydarkman had berated the politician after he called for his arrest over viral fake voice note of the president.
In a lengthy statement shared on social media, Verydarkman accused Onanuga of deliberately spreading false information about him in an attempt to create grounds to silence or “cage” him.
He claimed the alleged move was motivated by personal hatred and frustration over his outspoken criticism of issues in the country.
According to the activist, he believed there was an effort to use the controversy against him, but said the alleged plan failed.
