Mikel Arteta has been named as the winner of the Premier League manager of the month for March 2026 following his impressive perfomance for the Gunners.

The Spaniard guided Arsenal to a perfect record, winning all three of their league matches during the month against Chelsea, Brighton, and Everton. The Gunners were the only team in the league to maintain a 100% win rate in March, reinforcing their strong push for the title.x

This achievement marks Arteta’s eighth Manager of the Month award, moving him level with notable names like Martin O’Neill and Harry Redknapp in the all-time rankings.

Arteta’s tactical decisions also stood out most notably introducing a 16-year-old substitute who played a decisive role in securing victory against Everton, highlighting Arteta’s confidence and game management.

With Arsenal opening up a significant lead at the top of the table during this period, Arteta’s recognition reflects both consistency and leadership at a crucial stage of the season.

Arsenal supporters will hope this recognition is the first step in their quest to winning the Premier League title for the first time
