Nollywood veteran actor, Chief Kola Oyewo, has revealed that he can’t play some roles again.

While speaking with Kunle Afod, he noted how when he could walk up and down, he would always show up for his role and give his best. However, his illness has caused a major setback for him in the industry.

Oyewo said since his operation, he can’t play certain roles as the sickness has weakened his strength, even more as age advances. He noted how some remain strong even in their 80s, but he is still thankful to God.

The veteran disclosed that he was given a referral note at the hospital to go to Akure, but he became confused about who would take care of him there, so he decided to return home instead and drove back. He said he visited his family doctor, and he began treatment for him.

Chief Oyewo revealed that the illness started with frequent urination, which led to lack of sleep, as the urge to urinate would come suddenly, and before he could get to the toilet, he would urinate on himself. He said after several tests, it was discovered that he had an enlarged prostate.
