A woman was allegedly caught trying to steal money from an elderly man’s account after she swapped his ATM card with a fake one under the guise of offering him assistance.
After switching the man’s ATM card, the woman is accused of attempting to withdraw cash at a nearby ATM using the man’s real card.
The victim noticed the switch and alerted bank staff, leading to the woman’s apprehension by security.
A video shared online shows the woman being confronted by security operatives.
A crowd can also be seen gathered outside the bank’s closed gate, hoping for a chance to get their hands on the alleged thief.
