A 12-year-old girl has been charged with manslaughter after an old man Bhim Kohli was found injured in a park, before later dying of his injuries.
The man, a grandad of 80, was seriously assaulted as he walked his dog in Franklin Park, Braunstone Town, Leicestershire, UK on September 2.
An inquest into his death opened at Leicester Coroner’s Court last month.
Five children –of which three are aged 12, the others 14 were previously arrested on suspicion of his murder.
A 15-year-old boy will go to court, charged with his murder, later this week, according to SUN UK. Neighbours described the granddad as a sweet-tempered family man who tended to his allotments, often with his dog Rocky by his side.
