An eighteen-year-old man has been arrested by men of the Lagos state police command for allegedly being in possession of a locally fabricated firearm and two stolen phones.
The spokesperson of the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said the young man was apprehended during a stop and search exercise carried out by patrol team from the Layeni division.
In a similar vein, Hundeyin said officers from Orile Division stopped 34-year-old David at School Bus-stop. He was searched and found with a locally fabricated firearm and two live cartridges.
