A Presiding Officer in Abia State uploaded a selfie on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Result Viewing (IReV) portal instead of the result sheet of her polling unit.

Journalist, Jaafar Jaafar disclosed this via Twitter on Monday February 27.

The (IReV) is a platform created by INEC to provide real-time transmission of election results from polling units to the central collation centre.

It was designed to enhance the transparency of the electoral process and reduce the incidence of vote rigging and election manipulation.
