The secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State, Lanre Sunmi Odesanya has said that President-elect Bola Tinubu will perform better than his predecessors because he is a democrat.
He said Nigeria made a wise choice by electing him as president at this critical time in national history.
Describing Tinubu as an experienced, competent, exposed politician and visionary, Odesanya said the six geo-political zones will experienced transformation under his tenure.
He said Tinubu will definitely assemble men of ideas into a team and harvest vast talents to fuel the fire of development.
Odesanya, a lawyer and former House of Assembly member, said the spead of votes garnered by Tinubu has made him a leader with a national outlook and unifier.
He said it is heartwarming that the President-elect has hinted that he would set up a government of national unity, adding that the move underscored his fidelity to national integration and unity.
Odesanya urged Nigerians to support Tinubu as he begins to find workable solutions to the myriad of national problems, including the economy, terrorism, banditry and challenges of intergovernmental relations in federalism.
