Former President of Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, has congratulated President-elect, Bola Tinubu on his victory on February 25.

Tinubu defeated Atiku Abubakar of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of Labour Party to win the poll.

In his letter to Tinubu, Pacolli hoped Nigeria will chart a new course under him.

“Please, accept my congratulations on behalf of the people of Kosovo on your victory”.

“I had the honour of hearing your successful business journey and your winning spirit. Thus, I am certain, under your leadership, Nigeria will find ways to respond to its challenges.

“As you embark on this journey, I wish to assure you, your team, and people of our friendship”.

“Allow me to wish you the best in your demanding office and to wish you and your family good luck and good health”.

The former Kosovo helmsman also said he was looking forward to a new chapter of cooperation between his country and Nigeria.
