Former Manchester United captain, Gary Neville, has claimed Arsenal will “definitely” win the Premier League title if they beat Liverpool next Sunday.
The Gunners are still eight points clear of Manchester City at the top, following their 4-1 win over Leeds United yesterday.
Neville has again tipped City to retain their title, but has backed Mikel Arteta’s men to clinch it if they get maximum points at Anfield.
“I won’t put it all on Anfield, but if Arsenal go there and win I would say it is definitely their title, our manager used to say if you win there you win the title.
“Anfield is a terror of place to go, if they win at Anfield i think they will win it.
“I think if City are within four five points when they play them, if City play against Arsenal right on their shoulder that pressure will be unbearable on their shoulders,” Neville told Sky Sports.
