Chelsea are set to sign defender Lucy Bronze and midfielder Julia Bartel from Barcelona on free transfers.
According to The Guardian, the arrival of Bartel could be confirmed by Chelsea within the next few days.
The report added that an agreement is also believed to be in place for Bronze to join the English club.
Bronze has been coveted by clubs all over the world.
She is, however, understood to have been an important summer target for the WSL champions.
