Flamingos head coach Bankole Olowookere insists his side will bounce back from their defeat to Canada.
The West Africans fell 4-1 to the North Americans in their opening fixture at the ongoing 2025 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
Nigeria will look to recover from the loss when they take on France in their second game on Wednesday (today).
Olowookere said he has identified the mistakes from their first match.
“We have identified the mistakes from the first match. Towards the end of that game, we conceded three goals, cheap goals, in my opinion,” Olowookere said ahead of the game.
“It is also important that we work on our concentration. We must ensure that it does not happen again.”
The Group D encounter will kick off at 8 p.m. Nigerian time.
