Norway’s 4-1 win over Estonia, has all but confirmed their qualification, ahead of Italy in Group I.
The USA, Canada and Mexico were allocated automatic slots as host nations.
But at least 27 other countries have confirmed their spots including debutants Cape Verde, Jordan and Uzbekistan.
