Former Manchester City defender, Micah Richards has said the club would win the Premier League title this season because of their wealth of experience.

According to him, this is the edge Manchester City have over their 2022-23 title rivals.

Erling Haaland’s late penalty settled the affair against Crystal Palace on Saturday to give the Cityzenes all three points as they continue to mount on Arsenal who have a tough task against Fulham on Sunday.

“What Man City have that Arsenal doesn’t is the experience of being there and doing it,” he said on Sky Sports. “Arsenal don’t have that at the moment.

“But Man City may have a psychological edge so it’s about whether Arsenal can focus on what they need to do. They’ve been in good form too so it will be interesting.”

Arsenal will restore their five points lead over Manchester City if they are able to beat Fulham at the Craven Cottage on Sunday afternoon.
