Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi has accused Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state of working against him in the last election.

Obi who was responding to allegations of elections in the South-East being rigged in his favour during an interview on Arise TV, said those who doubt his acceptance should visit some states in the region with him. He also said that he’s surprised he got just 97 per cent of the votes in Anambra state instead of 100 per cent.

He went on to accuse Governor Wike of working against him. According to him, he got 50% of real votes in the state while the “other two parties” shared the remaining percentage.

Obi concluded by saying he had no highly placed politician who would rig the election in his favour and he never wanted any of that.
