Rivers United goalkeeper Victor Sochima, said all the players are to blame for the goals they conceded against Remo Stars.

The Super Eagles goalie conceded two goals in the Pride of Rivers 2-2 draw against Remo Stars at the ongoing Nigeria Premier League Super Six playoffs on Monday afternoon.

Remo Stars Lekan Dayo scored a brace in the second half of the encounter.

Sochima believes that despite the tense nature of the game, the point shared is a fair result for both teams.

“It was a difficult game for both sides with the intensity and goals,” Sochima told DAILY POST at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena.

“Everyone should be blamed for the goals conceded, including me; that’s why it’s a team sport.

“It was an even game the point shared is a fair result for both sides’ effort.”

The NPL defending champions will take on Lobi Stars in their matchday three encounter on Wednesday.
