Former Rangers star, Ally McCoist has picked Arsenal midfielder, Declan Rice as the best signing of the summer so far.
The transfer window now has less than 10 days to shut down.
Rice joined Arsenal this summer following a £105 million agreement between the Gunners and West Ham.
The England international has continued his fine form of last season at the north London side and put up a man of the match display against Crystal Palace on Monday night.
And McCoist believes Rice stands head and shoulders above the rest of the transfers at the moment.
“No prizes for guessing, for me I think he’s been, and I knew he would be, absolutely terrific since he’s gone to Arsenal and that would have to be Declan Rice,” the former Scotland International said, according to Metro.
