Former Chelsea manager, Graham Potter is being considered a top candidate to replace Erik ten Hag if he leaves Manchester United, the UK Sun reports.
Potter is greatly admired by Sir Jim Ratcliffe and the Ineos owner will be looking to hire him if he completes his partial takeover at Old Trafford.
However, the Red Devils may face competition from Napoli for Potter.
The 48-year-old has been out of work since he was sacked by the Blues in April after only seven months.
Potter won only 12 of his 31 fixtures in charge of Chelsea, with the team going on to finish 12th in the Premier League.
Nevertheless, Potter still has a good reputation thanks to his impressive work at Brighton.
He is also believed to be waiting for an offer from a Champions League club.
