Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp has said that Mohamed Salah will not be fit to face Arsenal in the Premier League this Sunday.
Salah is also expected to be unavailable for the visit of Chelsea on Wednesday.
The Egypt captain injured his hamstring while on international duty at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Salah has since returned to the UK for further treatment of the injury.
“Mo is not ready for this game [vs Chelsea], not ready for the next game [vs Arsenal], and then not.
“He’s injured,” Klopp told reporters on Tuesday.
The Reds are currently top of the table with 48 points after 21 fixtures.
