Inter Milan have informed their Serie A rivals, Atalanta, about their opening €40m bid for Ademola Lookman.
Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, however, reports that Atalanta are insisting on a fee of at least €50m.

Nigeria international Lookman wants to leave Atalanta this summer and hopes the club will facilitate his exit.

But the former Europa League champions are maintaining their position of giving no green light to Italian clubs at €40m.

Meanwhile, Galatasaray and Napoli are now at the final stages of the Victor Osimhen deal after positive talks on Thursday, according to Romano.

Galatasaray are set to pay €40m now and €35m by the end of 2026.

Napoli have included a clause that the Turkish giants must not sell Osimhen to Italian clubs for two years.

What remains now are the guarantees and the sell-on clause for the deal to be sealed.
