Nigerian comedian Bovi Ugboma and his wife, Kris Asimonye, are celebrating 16 years of marriage.

Sharing family photos on Instagram, Bovi noted they tied the knot on September 19, 2009, and proudly showed off their children as “the results so far.”

He jokingly added that when they get bored, they’ll “make new ones.”

“16/16 ! Phew!

Founded September 19, 2009! 16 years today, these are the results so far! When we get bored, we will make new ones”.

In other news….. Media personality Destiny Amaka has opened up about the challenges she and other “intentional women” face in the dating scene, describing modern relationships as increasingly transactional and disappointing.

In an Instagram story, Destiny shared her frustration with many men, pointing out that some expect intimacy in exchange for simply taking a woman out. She argued that constantly sharing intimacy with every man during the early stages of dating leaves no room for building real chemistry.

“A lot of men have lost the art of being a gentleman. Imagine taking a woman out and thinking the least she owes you is a kiss? Dating isn’t supposed to feel like a transaction,” she wrote.

The actress and media girl stressed that it has become increasingly difficult to find men who are intentional, intelligent, respectful, and supportive. “The streets are rough for us intentional women oh!” she lamented.

Destiny also emphasized that she never expects from a man what she cannot do for herself. She added that she can easily sense men who are only interested in sex, describing it as “off-putting.”

She further advised men to treat women with the same respect they would want for their own mothers and sisters. “You can’t say you want a good woman but expect her to be loose, it doesn’t blend. If that’s what you’re after, there are places for that,” she stated.
