Afrobeats superstar Tiwa Savage has broken her silence on long-standing claims that she sabotages other female artists in the music industry.
Speaking on the Offair Show, the “Somebody’s Son” crooner dismissed the allegations as false, challenging those making the accusations to come forward with evidence.
Tiwa explained that show promoters might be using her name to deceive other artists, insisting she has never tried to block anyone’s opportunities.
Her statement comes years after Kenyan singer Victoria Kimani accused her of allegedly preventing her from performing at several shows.
“If you’ve heard from anybody that I tried to block your bag, mention names. Maybe the promoters are lying and using me, maybe they don’t want to book three, four girls. So, they claim I am the one blocking others,” Savage said.
