Nollywood actress Biola Adebayo experienced an unexpected disruption on Sunday when all her Instagram accounts including her personal and business pages were suddenly deactivated.
According to Naija News, the 43-year-old actress shared a video online, expressing frustration over the abrupt shutdown, which she attributed to multiple reports filed against her.
In the video, she stated, “My Instagram account has been deactivated. My main account, my business account, everything. You’re not fighting me, you’re fighting God.”
Biola, who has been actively engaging with fans on social media, encouraged her followers to stay connected through any accounts she could still access.
She later gave an update, revealing that one of her accounts had been restored, although she had not yet regained full access. Efforts were still ongoing to recover her other business pages.
She shared, “GOOD NEWS!!! Praise God! Our main account, Biolabayo1, is back, but I’m yet to have access hopefully by tomorrow morning, by God’s grace. We’re also working to retrieve the other three business accounts. Thank you all for standing by me. I truly appreciate your support. May God bless you all. THANK YOU EVERYONE!”
Earlier, Biola disclosed that she had eight traditional events to attend before the end of the year, with expenses estimated at around N2 million. She noted the cost was significant and decided to reuse her existing aso-ebi instead of buying new ones.
