‘He Can Always Offer Something’ – Barcelona Director, Deco Speaks On Signing Messi

Barcelona Director Deco is unsure if the Catalan club can sign Inter Miami captain Lionel Messi on a short-term loan deal.

Messi has been linked with a return to Barcelona, where he spent several years.

The Argentina forward had left Barcelona for Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer a few years ago.

The 38-year-old later left PSG to join Major League Soccer, MLS, side Inter Miami and has been

“Leo Messi on short term loan? I don’t think that’s possible,” Deco was quoted by Fabrizio Romano as saying.

“Leo has a contract. I don’t think it is ever been brought up… Messi is always Messi, he can always offer something; but it is not something we will talk about right now”.
