Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene is excited about her return to the Super Falcons, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
The Ottawa Rapid of Canada star is making a return to the Super Falcons after a three-year absence.
Okobi was named in the squad for the upcoming double-header friendlies against the Indomitable Lionesses on Thursday.
The surprise invitation put the attacking midfielder in the frame to be included in the Super Falcons’ squad for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
“God be praised. Thank you @thenff,” the former Washington Spirit star wrote on X.
The 32-year-old has 27 caps for the 10-time African champions.
She has also won the WAFCON title four times with the Super Falcons.
