Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has responded to influencer Mitchy over her reason for blocking her.
Newsunplug reported that Sarah had recalled how Mitchy blocked her after Seyi Tinubu extended their philanthropic support to her NGO and looked down on her when they met at Toyin Abraham’s movie premiere. Sarah said she felt extremely embarrassed, but she kept her cool and still made excuses for her behaviour.
Defending herself, Mitchy expressed disappointment at how Sarah was making a fuss over the situation. She explained that she blocked the actress because she is close to someone she doesn’t like. Mitchy said her decision to distance herself had nothing to do with money or anything of that sort, but was about protecting her peace and self-respect.
Responding to her, Sarah questioned why Mitchy waited till Seyi Tinubu empowered her before unfollowing her. She noted that she has always been friends with Jojo, with whom Mitchy has beef, and that she didn’t unfollow her until Tinubu empowered her foundation.
Sarah pointed out the irony that Mitchy unblocked her so she could like-hate comments about her. The movie star noted how she has been on the journey before her and added that humanity is about spreading love.
