Plateau United technical adviser, Gbenga Ogunbote, has commended his players for their teamwork in the 3-0 win against Niger Tornadoes.
Vincent Temitope, Isaiah Sunday and Nenrot Silas scored for Plateau United in the matchday 29 encounter.
Ogunbote admitted that his players have improved on their marksmanship.
Plateau United have netted eight goals in their last three games.
“The synergy have started to come in place as we paid dearly for failure to convert our chances in the last game,” Ogunbote told Plateau United’s media.
“There is improvement in our finishing, we planned on scoring more goals but we still grateful with the outcome of the match.”
Plateau United currently sit in 10th position on the league table with 37 points from 29 matches.
