Former Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, is backing the team to still win the Premier League despite throwing away six points in consecutive fixtures.
The Gunners lost 2-1 at home to Bournemouth and were also defeated by the same margin at Manchester City on Sunday.
City can overtake Arsenal on Wednesday if they beat Burnley at Turf Moor.
But Wenger, speaking on Twinning Project, insists Arsenal will emerge champions after 22 years.
“I believe that Arsenal will win the league. I deeply believe.
“It looks, to me, like commonsense.
“I like Eze, Odegaard, Havertz and Madueke attacking (intent at the Etihad).
“Manchester City will not make the perfect run-in,” Wenger said.
