Israel Joe, a human rights activist based in Delta State, has called out a police officer identified as ASP Mieyebo Victor.
The officer is accused of forcing his wife to send him explicit videos of herself and subsequently using those videos to blackmail her.
In a statement shared on Facebook, Joe claimed that the accused officer was previously based in Ondo State. It was there that he met his wife of 21 years, when she was 17. The couple share two children, the first born when the woman was 18. The officer has since been transferred to the Delta State Police Command, where he currently serves.
According to the activist, the officer compelled his wife to send explicit videos of herself to satisfy his sexual urges. Desiring to remain submissive, she initially complied. However, Joe claimed that whenever she refused, the officer would physically abuse her, stating that it was his fantasy.
The situation reportedly escalated when the officer suspected another man was messaging his wife. In retaliation, the officer allegedly began distributing the explicit videos to her family members, as well as to her secondary school and university alumni groups.
Joe claims the officer has shared over 50 explicit files with various individuals. He said as a result of this, the wife is now su!cidal.

I would have ignored after speaking with him yesterday night but he is forcing the wife to almost committing $ųÃcÃðe. Let’s get down to the story though lengthy but I will break it down into different segments this morning, then afternoon and the last post comes in the evening.
This man can hardly f*ck without making a video recording as that has become his fantasy. He disvirgined the wife Janet at the age of 17 and took her in at 18 in Ondo state where he was serving then. They have been together for about 21 years, their first son now 20years old, their second daughter going to 18 years and their last child 7 years old.
Whenever he is posted out of his house, he instructed the wife to start sending nude videos of herself and ensure she cum or sqeat on those videos. He downloads enough pun videos and they must practice every style together on camera. Once the lady kicks against it, he beats her up and tell her that’s his fantasy. Off course you can’t hide your nÄ…kÄ™dnÄ™$s from your partner so she keeps sending. I mean married people oooo nor be boyfriend and girlfriend.
Little misunderstanding they had and the fact that he started dating one lady and suspecting that a man is chatting the wife, he blew up, seized her phone and started threatening h£ll will be let loose.
All of a sudden, this guy who is supposed to enforce law and order started sending all the nųɗę videos to the lady’s family, her secondary and tertiary old school groups and all her contacts. As I speak, more than 50 different nudes has been sent by this man. The helpless and hopeless woman who is now sųÃcÃÉ—Ä…I had to run to her parents house begging the husband if this is what she gets for loyalty and commitment. The man asked her to come over last week, and she obeyed.
The next thing this ASP did was telling her to turn for doggy and she asked if it was the same nąƙęɗnęşș he posted everywhere that he wanted, he beat her up and grape her.
She ran to the Area Commander Ughelli that the husband serves under. The Commander attempted to resolve the issue. The Area Comamnder personally deleted more than 100 nųdę videos from the phone of his officer and even requested that the phone be formatted after seeing too much. This same Victor going gaga did not stop.
The moment the lady told someone of her plans to cømmÃt $ųÃcÃðę they referred her to me and I have been on this issue.
I asked the officer Victor yesterday how he intend to resolve all of these videos of the 38 years old wife all over people’s WhatsApp and he said I should advise him what to do on record I have no reason to lie about my investigations. My eyes don almost blind for videos.
He promised me yesterday evening to see what he could do and even sent me a text message that he wants his wife back only for him to resume again this morning. We are now calling on the Delta State Commisioner of Police and this man must be brought to book. How he managed to convince a beautiful lady like that to marry him, is a surprise, and now sharing her videos everywhere is another things all together.”
