Two children who were abducted by kidnappers in Kwara State, have been rescued following a coordinated operation by the Department of State Services (DSS) and other security agencies.
The operation also resulted in the k!lling of two suspected kidnappers, while several others sustained fatal injuries and fled with gunshot wounds during the encounter.
It was gathered that security forces are continuing clearance operations to track down the remaining members of the kidnapping gang and ensure they are brought to justice.
According to security analyst, Zagazola Makana, further details are expected as the operation progresses.
