Nollywood actress Mosun Filani has addressed a popular misconception about her marriage.
In an interview with BBC Yoruba, she said she isn’t a second wife. She said her husband may have been married before, but she didn’t meet anyone in his house when she married him.
The movie star also opened up about why she left acting, saying she did it to focus on her family. She said her kids are now grown, and now she has returned to acting.
“I stopped acting to focus on my family. I’m not a second wife; my husband might’ve had a marriage before, but I didn’t meet anyone in his house.
My kids are grown; they know left from right, and it’s time for me to get back to acting”.
