Super Eagles midfielder, Alex Iwobi has made his prediction for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations starting later this month.
The AFCON 2025 will commence on December 21 and will end on January 18 in Morocco.
Ivory Coast won the last edition of the AFCON after beating Nigeria 2-1 in the final.
However, Iwobi believes Nigeria will win the 2025 AFCON trophy, having come close in the last edition in Ivory Coast.
According to the Fulham star, the Super Eagles have the players to win the competition.
“We were really close last AFCON, but the only way we can improve on the last AFCON is to win it,” Iwobi said to AySuga Channel.
“We have the players to do it, we believe we can, we just have to prove it.”
