Super Eagles head coach, Éric Chelle has barred the media from his team’s training sessions on Thursday (today), and Friday as they intensify preparations for their Round of 16 fixture against Mozambique, NEWSUNPLUG reports.
According to camp sources, the Super Eagles will train behind closed doors tonight and Friday.
Chelle insisted that he needs time with his players without distraction.
The media will, however, assess to the team’s training on Saturday and Sunday.
The Super Eagles have one of the exciting side at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
Nigeria won all three group games, scoring the highest number of goals (eight).
They will battle Mozambique for a place in the quarter-finals at the Complexe Sportif de Fès next week Monday.
