Stanley Nwabali insists the Super Eagles can conquer the rest of the continent at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, NEWSUNPLUG reports.

Nigeria will be targeting a fourth title at the biennial competition which will be hosted by Morocco.

The West Africans came close to winning the title at the last edition of Africa’s biggest football competition but fell 2-1 to Cote d’Ivoire in the final.

Nwabali is hopeful they can win the title this time around.

“As a big nation, we are always expected to win, not just to participate,” Nwabali told SuperSport TV

“Playing the final last year, I feel this year we are going to win it.”

The Super Eagles will face Carthage Eagles of Tunisia, Taifa Stars Tanzania, and Cranes of Uganda in Group C.

Éric Chelle’s side will do battle with Tanzania in their opening fixture at the Complex Sportif De Fes on Tuesday, 23 December.
