Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has predicted how Libya will approach Nigeria when both teams clash in a 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier on Tuesday.

The Super Eagles defeated Libya 1-0 in the first leg at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Friday.

Speaking ahead of the return leg, Simon said Libya would like to come out to beat Nigeria in front of their home fans.

“They showed us a bit of what to expect there in Libya. But we are mentally prepared for their hostility. We know they will want to come out to win,” Simon said.

“This will be good for us. So we will have to play neutral. We are really, really mentally prepared for them.

“Yeah, it was a nervy game. We all knew the game was going to be difficult. But we are prepared for it. There are no more minnows in the game.
