Nigeria’s Super Eagles will fly out to Marrakech on Thursday for their quarter-final fixture at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, DAILY POST reports.
The Super Eagles will face the winner of the Round of 16 encounter between Democratic Republic of Congo and Algeria in the quarter finals.
DAILY POST learnt the Super Eagles will continue to train in Fès until their departure.
Éric Chelle’s side played their all group games and the Round of 16 encounter at the Complexe Sportif de Fès.
Part of the team’s contingent left Fes on Tuesday for the six-hour bus ride to Marrakesh.
The three-time champions booked their place in the quarter-finals courtesy of a comprehensive 4-0 victory over the Mambas of Mozambique on Monday night.
The quarter-final fixture will hold at the Marrakesh Stadium on Saturday. It will kick-off at 5:00 pm Nigerian time.
