Mali’s Boubou Traore will be at the centre when the Super Eagles take on Tunisia in a Group C fixture at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday, DAILY POST reports.
The highly anticipated encounter is slated for the Complexe Sportif de Fès.
Boubou, 34, is one of the highly experienced arbiters in Africa.
CAF also confirmed the appointment of Senegal’s Issa Sy as Video Assistant Referee, VAR, for the game.
Nigeria and Tunisia will be targeting a win in the encounter to secure their passage into the Round of 16.
The two former champions won their first games against Tanzania and Uganda respectively.
The game will kick-off at 9pm Nigerian time.
