Celtic winger, Sebastian Tounekti has predicted a ‘hard game’ when Tunisia face Nigeria in Saturday’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, tie in Morocco.

Both Nigeria and Tunisia enter the match following victories over Tanzania and Uganda, respectively.

Speaking to the media, Tounekti said:
“I think the expectation is really good. We’re looking forward to a big game against a big nation.

“For us, we only have to focus on the match, you know, that is going to be a hard game for sure.

“You know, I think they’re one of the guys who can win. if we win against Nigeria, I think we make a statement that we are also here to compete.”

The kick off time for the match is 9 pm, Nigerian time.
