Super Eagles winger, Samuel Chukwueze has insisted that he doesn’t like the weather in Morocco amid the ongoing 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, tournament.

Chukwueze stated this ahead of Nigeria’s AFCON final group game tie with Uganda on Tuesday evening.

“I don’t like this weather [in Morocco], it’s like London,” Chukwueze tells teammate Alex Iwobi as the Super Eagles players go out for a team walk.

“But you like London,” Iwobi asked Chukwueze.

The AC Milan loanee then said, “My guy, with the weather in London, you can at least see the bright future.”

Nigeria is in Group C at the AFCON and has won its first two games against Tanzania and Tunisia, respectively.

Eric Chelle’s men are already through to the Round of 16 stage after topping the group with six points.
