AFCON: Results Of Yesterday’s Matches, All Fixtures For Wednesday

Results of Tuesday’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, matches are out.

NEWSUNPLUG reports that Nigeria defeated Uganda 3-1 in Group C, thanks to a brace from Raphael Onyedika and a goal from Paul Onuachu.

Also in Group C, Tunisia played a 1-1 draw with Tanzania to finish second on the log behind leaders Nigeria.

Similarly, in Group D, Senegal thrashed the Benin Republic 3-0, while DR Congo also defeated Botswana 3-0.

Meanwhile, more AFCON fixtures will be played today, Wednesday as Sudan will face Burkina Faso in their final Group E fixture.

Algeria will tackle Equatorial Guinea on Wednesday evening also, while Cameroon will face Mozambique on Wednesday night in a Group F tie.

AFCON holder Ivory Coast will will clash with Gabon on Wednesday night at the Stade de Marrakech, Ouahat Sidi Brahim.
