Two Super Eagles players, Ademola Lookman and Samuel Chukwueze, have been rated among the top five best players at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, tournament in Morocco, so far.
This comes after the conclusion of the Group stage fixtures played on Wednesday.
According to football statistics platform WhoScored, Lookman currently tops the AFCON player ratings chart with an impressive score of 8.36.
The Atalanta forward is ahead of second-position Algeria captain Riyad Mahrez, who has a rating of 8.02.
In third place is Chukwueze, who has 7.92 rating, while Egyptian captain Mohamed Salah ranks fourth on 7.85.
Completing the top five is Manchester United star Amad Diallo, who has 7.73 rating.
Lookman, Mahrez, Chukwueze, Salah and Diallo have been impressive for their respective national teams so far and have either scored goals or registered assists.
