Algeria’s head coach, Vladimir Petkovic, is happy about the possibility of playing against Nigeria in the Africa Cup of Nations quarterfinals.

According to him, the Super Eagles are strong and have a good chance of winning the title.

The Desert Foxes made it to the last eight on Tuesday night after winning 1-0 against DR Congo in a tough match.

This result means they will face Nigeria in an exciting upcoming quarterfinal game.

The Super Eagles beat Mozambique 4-0 on Monday to book their place in the quarterfinals.

After beating the Leopards, Petkovic said his team is now focused on their next game against Nigeria, which is set for Saturday.

He said, “We’ll start thinking about the Nigeria game now, concentrating on our strengths.”

Petkovic showed enthusiasm about competing in important games at this point in the tournament, saying that being focused and disciplined will be crucial when facing a tough Nigerian team.

He also said he is glad about these types of matches because they push the team to put in a lot of effort and compete strongly against other top teams.

The coach also said he was not too worried about how long it would take to recover, saying that taking rest days won’t be a big issue.

“The problem of getting three or four days of rest isn’t really a big deal right now. Our goal is to get ready both in mind and body for the upcoming game,” he said.
